LC Aviation Consulting Services provides consultation services to airline operators, maintenance and repair organizations (MRO), and third-party aviation component service/repair providers specific to complex technical and operational issues.
J Lee Cantrell Jr, Owner/President
An Aviation Professional with 40+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance execution, aircraft maintenance planning and operations, aircraft reliability management, and airline business process improvement.
Lee’s experience comes from 24 years in the United States Air Forces and Air Force Reserve, 14+ years of airline and MRO experience, and 14+ years at an aircraft manufacture.
Lee has successfully lead, managed, or directed various teams of all levels that have accomplished sophisticated and detailed airplane modifications, developed a new start-up business unit, created and built new and innovative tools for daily use in airline operations, managed daily maintenance and engineering operations, and consulted with and guided airlines through detailed logbook analysis and business process improvement exercises.
Lee holds Master of Aeronautical Science and Bachelor of Professional Aeronautics Degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a licensed airframe and powerplant technician and has a project management certificate.

His industry roles include Vice President of Services Planning & Operations, Director of Flight Control (ISOC), Aircraft Dispatcher, Station Operations agent, Customer Service Agent, FAA Flight Service Specialist.
